Overview of the FONDS
The primary objective of the FONDS AFRO-ENTREPRENEURS is to promote the creation of businesses in all industry segments within Québec’s Black communities. To this end, it offers you access to funding that is adapted to your reality. Its assistance takes the form of loans and loan guarantees to companies at the startup phase or that have been in existence for less than five years. It was set up by Filaction, jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade (MDEIE).
